朝野三個主要政黨的總統參選人，今天(24號)都沒有安排公開行程，但今天有媒體報導指出，國民黨高層正探詢「抽柱換朱」，由黨主席朱立倫取代洪秀柱的可能性，國民黨文傳會主委林奕華今天予以嚴詞否認，林奕華說『洪秀柱副院長已經在7月19號經過本黨全國黨代表大會正式通過，成為本黨總統候選人，有關中央跟地方，我們都已經全面啟動輔選工作，所以有關媒體上的報導，完全都是空穴來風，絕無此事！』
